1. My suburb guesthouse is located on the Peace Avenue that links the Sukhbaatar Square and the Chinggis Khaan International Airport in Ulaanbaatar. The location is at 7km from the airport, 7km from train station and at 10km from the Sukhbaatar Square. In cold winter, I invite you to stay out of the very crowded city center. In mornings and evenings, I drive my guests to the city center and back free of charge. By the way, a station of the airport bus No. 22 is at 60meters from the guesthouse. The appartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building which is connected to central heating and water supply. It has 2 rooms with high ceilings and big windows, a shower room, a toilet, a balcony, a hall and a kitchen. Staying in my suburb guesthouse, you can also observe how common people of Ulaanbaatar live as well as you visit a suburb school and a suburb kindergarden.
Supermarkets, canteens, shops and a high-speed internet cafe are found at 40-200meters from us.
The Bolod's Suburb Guesthouse operates during winter and spring time while the Bolod's Guesthouse in the dowtown is closed for slow tourist season. Bolod's Suburb Guesthouse operates from November 1st till May 1st.

The location is between the Central Post Office and the Drama Theater. It's the safest location too. Its location is indicated by Lonely Planet's "Mongolia" guidebooks at the page 139/2001 edition/, pages 69,72/2005 edition/ and at the page 263 of "Trans Siberian Railway" Handbook/2006 edition/.
